US Embassy vehicle rams into a vehicle in Islamabad, one murdered  Breaking News Today

A lady was killed and five others injured after a vehicle of the US Embassy smashed into a vehicle in Islamabad on Sunday, police, and onlookers said.

The speeding vehicle, an SUV, bounced a red light at Faisal Chowk, as indicated by onlookers. It hit a Suzuki Khyber vehicle originating from the other way.

Body of the perished lady and harmed people were moved to the PIMS emergency clinic.

Police captured the driver of the SUV. A body of evidence has been enrolled against him in the Margalla police headquarters.

Nonetheless, this isn't the principal episode including a US discretionary vehicle.

In April 2018, a bicycle rider was murdered in the government capital after he was hit by a vehicle driven by a US ambassador.

Colonel Joseph Emanuel Hall, the US military attaché in Islamabad, was driving the vehicle.

The 22-year-old expired, Ateeq Baig, was a middle understudy. Another man had been injured in the mishap.

The Ministry of Interior had at first set Colonel Hall's name on the boycott, banishing him from leaving the nation.

The US negotiator was permitted to leave Pakistan in May 2018 after US authorities guaranteed that he would confront activity at home.
